Easy to follow lockbox instructions

There was no internet and they did not fix it at all over the 2 night stay even though I contacted them immediately about this. This mucked up our whole stay and made it so difficult. As the apartment has no one meeting you there, they ask for documents to be sent via email or whatsapp. This can be hard while travelling and also not safe security wise. Only one set of keys. There were no kitchen towels for drying dishes. They were a bit rude about the bedding situation. I asked where it was and it took some time for me to understand that for 3 children and 3 adults, there were three double blankets. This meant the teenagers on the couch had to share one blanket. I would not recommend this apartment for more than 4 people at all.

very central and on two different tram lines. Close to centre. Nice bright comfortable apartment.

The only downside to this apartment is that you need to walk through one bedroom and through the other to reach bathroom and toilet and the rest of the apartment. Just depends on how private you want to be.

Nice apartment, there is a very nice bakery and a supermarket on the street.

The house was nice and big!

The house was not cleaned at the living room and one towel was dirty.

Lack of communication with the FLOK call center. This property collected the value of the reservation but did not ensure access to the property. I showed up at the address and tried using the code sent by the property to open the box that contained the access key. It did not open and therefore I called the contact number of the FLOK property more than 6-7 times, I sent messages on e-mail and on what-up, but without success. After about 2 hours of waiting in front of the building on the street, thinking it was a scam, we decided to make another reservation on booking at another property in Zagreb. I request the refund of the collected amount. P.S. the next day, on the contact number of the property, I had a short conversation on what-up, and in the end the person from the call center indicated to me to make the request for the refund of the collected money to booking.

Apartment was specious.

No proper response. Made us wait on the road for almost 45 minutes for the code even after telling them and informing one of colleague over the phone. After my conversation, No one picked up. AC in the living area was not working. When I address the issue they would say to send a photograph and all rather than fixing it.

Everything was great.
