We liked the breakfast and the bar.

The 1st room offered was not a suite, was offered one after asking and waiting, but the cable connection was not working - it took them almost an hour to fix it. However the connection was lost after we stepped out and came back - had to again wait for it to be fixed n lost privacy. Ended being in the room without an internet connection. There was no recreation room.

The property was good but the food was extremely horrible. Literally the oats had insects in it. Oats had a mushy texture so I was feeding them to my 1 yr old baby.. but saw that it was full of insects. That was completely unhealthy! When shown to the manager, he said it doesn’t cause any problem. That was really disgusting

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – WORST SERVICE EVER! I stayed at this hotel on 13th and 14th March 2025 in Room 309, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I’ve never experienced such incompetence and lack of professionalism at any hotel before. PATHETIC STAFF RESPONSE AND SERVICE: The staff’s response was beyond unacceptable. The WiFi never worked despite making over 20 calls to reception. They kept sending different teams, but none of them could fix it. The staff was rude, clueless, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. DISGRACEFUL ROOM SERVICE: I ordered a simple sandwich, and it took over 1 hour to deliver — even after reminding them 15 times! How difficult is it to make and deliver a sandwich? The level of negligence and disinterest from the staff was shocking. INCOMPETENT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: The check-in and check-out processes were a complete disaster — slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. The staff clearly had no idea what they were doing, and it felt like they were intentionally wasting my time. UNRESOLVED BILLING ISSUE – COMPLETE FAILURE: To make things worse, during check-out, I wasn’t even given my food bill because of a so-called "server issue." It’s been FIVE DAYS, and after speaking with multiple staff members and explaining the same problem over and over again, I’m STILL waiting for the bill! Every time I’m told it’ll be fixed in 10 minutes — and yet, NOTHING has been resolved. This hotel is a complete disgrace. The staff is untrained, the service is pathetic, and management clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I strongly advise everyone to AVOID this place at all costs...!
