"Comfortable, quiet place to rest and recharge after a mountainside trek. Pleasant staff+breakfast."

We stayed during a quiet period in mid-Feb, this IHG is conveniently located between Manitou Springs village and the highway connecting Colo Springs to Denver. We had a lovely view of Pike's Peak from our west-facing room and a park/playground next door with public tennis courts and a stream behind the hotel. Covered parking and excellent breakfast with automated pancake machine, staff courteous and helpful. Several restaurants within a few minutes' drive on the main street and Garden of the Gods at your doorstep. Olympic Museum was fascinating, within 10-min. drive. Clean and comfortable, we would visit again!

Evening hours for restaurants vary, after 9pm only a few places may be open for dining, understandable for a village outside the city. No complaints.

Location Clean Breakfast was good Friendly staff

Check in process took too long. The employee that checked us in was too talkative and sharing too much personal information and missing steps needed to be done for check in. She was friendly but seemed a bit distracted and unsure about questions we asked at check-in.

The staff was so friendly! I am a ocd clean freak walking into this hotel all I smelled was cleaners and disinfectant which put my mind at ease! It was so clean! As someone who cleans for a living I was impressed! The hot breakfast was very good! Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and I love that the property had a room that our family of five.

The only thing I could say I didn’t like was how bad the the chemicals in the pool were burning our eyes.
