"Early check in saved our day!"

We had early arrival time and we were able to check in around 11 AM. Staff was friendly and kind.

If you want more space in your room we would recommend not to choose standard room. There was no fridge.

Το ξενοδοχειο απέχει από το λιμάνι (35 min by foot) και πολύ κοντά σε στάση τραμ (250m). Λόγω συχνών δρομολογίων φτάνεις στην παλιά πόλη σε λιγότερο από 20min. Επισης, μου άρεσε που ήταν άκρως εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό. Ανταποκριθηκε άμεσα και με χαμόγελο σε ότι αντιμετωπισαμε. Έβρεχε την 2η μέρα της διαμονής μας και ζητήσαμε ομπρέλα. Αμέσως χωρίς δισταγμό μας δάνεισαν για ολόκληρη τη μέρα μια ομπρέλα. Το δωμάτιο είναι σε καλή κατάσταση και ευρύχωρο με τις αντίστοιχες παροχές.

Όταν φτάσαμε παρατηρήθηκαν 2 αστοχίες. Η 1η ήταν μια βρώμικη με λεκέδες πετσέτα προσώπου η οποία βέβαια αντικαταστάθηκε άμεσα. Η 2η ήταν το παράθυρο που μάλλον δε σφραγίζει καλά και ένιωθες ένα κύμα δροσιάς και μια ανασφάλεια.
