The apartment was lovely and very clean. In a great location.

Great location within walking distance of Burnham-on-Crouch, price was also excellent for two nights.

The walls were quite thin so at times, you could hear neighbours moving around. On the first night, there was a party at the yacht club behind which was quite noisy. I was also staying solo on the first night and tried to close all the curtains so that nobody could see in, however the curtains in living room did not close fully which made me feel quite exposed. The kitchen was fully equipped which was great, however the cloths smelt very damp which put me off a bit.

The bedroom didn’t have any chest of drawers so we had to live out of the suitcase! The glass fronted wardroom was full of Christmas decorations & cleaning items…….horrible wire coat hangers as well. A mirror hung near the window ( the only natural light) would have been useful as would a large mirror in the bathroom. Ventilation in the bathroom should be essential as the window did not open so we had to leave the bathroom door open to allow steam to escape.

Lots of improvements following reviews which I was impressed by. Right next door to sailing club where my daughter was competing

The location is perfect. The appartment is ideall for a couple and has all the facilities for a short break
