Mountain Springs Motel

Bed was comfortable, bathrooms clean, use of BBQ complimentary. In other words; who ever was cleaning the rooms did a great job. Who ever was looking after outside was not doing a great job. Steve the manager came to the rescue when we were out of propane for the BBQ.

Carpets old and worn, outside areas around gazebo had junk lying around, broken BBQ. The one we used only partly worked. It was a big contrast to the well kept Motel property next door.

Lage.

Our family of five needed emergency accommodation after the TransCanada highway closed due to a crash. We found Mountain Springs Hotel right away on Booking.com and it perfectly accommodated our make-up of couple, grandma, and two teens. The two private bedrooms in this room were ideal to accommodate all our needs. Steve was so kind welcoming us when we were quite stressed-out with this unexpected rerouting. We were completely comfortable overnight and then enjoyed our in-room coffee machine coffee out on the deck watching the early morning deer graze out front. I would recommend this to anyone and would love to come back on another vacation! (Also recommend the Big Horn Cafe up the street for morning pastries)

Could possibly have used an extra pillow or two, but frankly there were five for the five of us, so really can't complain! It was a really enjoyable stay!

Die Lage ist gut und das Appartement ausreichend groß für 2 Leute. Schön war auch die Möglichkeit, ein BBQ zu machen. Das haben wir mehrfach genutzt!

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und braucht eine Renovierung.

I really appreciate the reception we got from the staff. They give us helpful information and they are willing to go extra miles.
