DESehr schöner Ort und extrem freundliches Personal. Die Aussicht ist Phänomenal. Guter Service rundherum. Wir hatten die kleinen Bauwagen mig Gasheizung. Das erspart das Feuernschlegen in der Nacht. Das Menu war gut. Das Fleich hervorragend. Nur der Beilagensalat trpbte das gesamte etwas.
Die Unterbringung ist bett. Das ganze erinnert eher an eine Wagenburg. Da passt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz.
FRFRLe personnel est très aimable. Les animaux (chiens et chat) sont très gentils. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter du parc.

BRCafé da manhã básico. Localização muito boa e próxima ao parque. As duas atendentes eram muito atenciosas e gentis.
Nos colocaram no único apartamento que não possuía lareira, nas fotos da reserva tinha lareira. No último dia a água acabou completamente, nem para lavar as mãos tinha como.
DEDas Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Lodge ist sehr gut.
Die Bungalows sind für 4 Personen gedacht. Es gibt aber überhaupt keinen Stauraum für 4 Reisetaschen/Koffer. Wir waren zu zweit und haben jeweils das freie Bett der zwei Etagenbetten genutzt, da selbst zwei Reisetaschen nicht sinnvoll abgestellt werden können. Das Teile des Küchengeschirrs (Bratpfanne, Kochtopf) war abgenutzt, d.h. völlig zerkratzt. Um eine einigermaßen angenehme Temperatur im Duschbereich zu haben, musste der Holzofen im Wohnbereich so stark befeuert werden, das Wohn- und Schlafbereich völlig überheizt waren.
USCozy, great staff, good food, clean. The rec room and terraces are so nice to have - our son enjoyed the rock climbing wall and toys. Would have been nice to actually use the BBQ area which was unique and playful.
It was a smaller space than we were used to. The fireplace is lovely but tedious during cold nights, so you have to get up every 2 hours or so to add more firewood and the temperature is hard to regulate. Location is good, but views of the Torres are blocked by trees; you can go to the shared terrace to enjoy a view. Food and service were great, but overall it was quite expensive for a simple small cabin and dinner.
AUGood location for Torres del Paine adventures ( close to NP entry); very helpful and communicative hosts; easy check-in; very cosy cabin; adequate kitchen for basic self-catering (there’s also a small restaurant on site); only heating is wood-burning stove (so be prepared to re-stoke through the night but plenty of firewood supplied; great views of the mountains when clear; would be cosy for 4 (1 queen bed plus 2 single bunks in one room - no door) but very comfy for the 2 of us; excellent and plentiful hot water. Location runs on generator and solar power so no microwave but we didn’t miss it.
USStaff were very welcoming, helpful and kind at Konkashken Lodge! The beds were very comfortable, especially for bunk beds! It has a cozy feel.
The room quarters were very small and the kitchenette supplies were quite limited. Heating was difficult to regulate with the stove. For the money paid, the value was very disappointing as this was just a step above camping!
