"The staff was nice but the hotel wasn’t very professional, nice but maybe not worth the high price"

Very clean and comfortable, staff was nice and we had an early check in.

The food at the buffet was not good at all and very disappointing, At the check in The hotel asked to specifically pay in US dollars bills but wanted to give us 70 dollars in 1 dollar bills change because they didn’t have enough. At the end we payed half in dollars and half by credit. We payed for a taxi and they forgot to write that we paid so we almost had to pay twice- I had a flight to catch and they wouldn’t let me leave even though the person staying with me said he will Manage it with them later since he is continuing the stay.
