Hotel Huntington

Very clean. Secluded, but easy access to a lot of places. Friendly staff.

The bed and pillows were too firm for me.

It is a very convenient location if visiting the Pasadena area and whike only a 10-15 min drive, much more reasonable than a hotel in Pasadena itself.,

Nothing. We have stayed hete two other times in the past and will stay again if in the area again

Bed was collapsed in the middle so it was uncomfortable.

Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast. We we're unaware breakfast was served.

Nothing, all expectations were met. (:

We were ready to check out at 11:02am and we were at the door of our room. The guy was knocking the door so much at 11:00am. Should have some decency and respect for customer. Just give it a few mins, if the customer is late for more than 15 mins then may be you can knock, most hotels doesn't. Have some common sense for your business.

Receptionist has language barrier and very rude old Chinese lady!!

She has no customer service experience at all. Very rude to my in-laws!

The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with a comfortable bed. Noise levels were low, so the room felt calm and restful, even at night. Overall, it was a comfortable, pleasant space that made the stay feel easy and enjoyable.

terrible. beds hard everything HARD covers dirty everything look unsanitary & AC wasn’t working when i first arrived. was i showering in water or the sewer ?? i never knew how dirty & stank water could feel n smell lol
