Three bedrooms each with ensuites, very spacious with a huge courtyard, great view of the Harbour and well-located in town within easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

In the cold winter weather, the air-conditioning struggled to warm the huge living areas.

Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from coffee shops and the shopping area and parks nearby. The down side is you are on the main street, so some mornings are noisier than others and some shops next door open early in the morning so you may not get a sleep in.

Great kitchen facilities, but there were only 2 saucepans to use and an old aluminium pot that had seen better days. So if we needed to actually cook we were out of luck, but if you like a drink there are over 50 stemmed glasses to choose from LOL

"The Perfect Penthouse"

We absolutely loved our stay at the Market Street Penthouse. An excellent location, close to cafes, bars & shops. Spectacular water views, spacious comfortable accommodation, gorgeous styling. We will definitely be back!

Only negative - the carpet is stained and requires professional cleaning or replacement.

"Great comfortable stay and will return to visit Merimbula and stay at this place"

The location was excellent and it was very spacious and perfect for a family group of 6 adults as everyone got their own room and bathroom. Every bedroom was very comfortable and it was great having 2 lounge rooms as it catered for everyone.

"Very good"

Perfect location. Fantastic size penthouse, plenty of room. Everything there that you need for a getaway.

Only downfall was that the air-conditioner didn't work in 2 rooms needed it as we had a newborn and rooms got very hot. Plus we had an ant problem in the kitchen. Lost some food as ants get into everything.

"Superb"

Private property even though it had McDonald’s below

The bed pillows where high and I didn’t realised there was a staircase as I had a knee replacement recently.
