- The listing was for a 2 bedroom apartment; however, there was only 1 bedroom and 1 extra bed that had been placed in an entrance hall. Totally open to the front door without any kind of privacy screen for separation. 0% privacy. When I escalated this to Kubik, their response was to insist that this open space qualifies as a bedroom, no attempt to resolve the issue. - Beds were super uncomfortable - Toilet in master bathroom did not flush properly - I have stayed in over 5 apart hotels this year across several countries, they all offered complementary coffee of good quality, yet in Colombia, the land of coffee, we were offered instant coffee. -the refrigerator made a noise so loud we were bothered inside the room through a closed door. Even more so was the guest sleeping in the bed with no door. - instructions on how to use the electronic keypad were so poor that we accidentally left the door open a couple of times before we figured out how to lock it. Overall very disappointed

Faltam comodidades básicas, a internet é muito instável e me realizaram uma cobrança adicional sem nenhuma justificativa plausivel. Uma grande decepçao. Nao aconselho

El inmueble estaba con bastante polvo en el piso, el lavaplatos se mojaba por debajo y no te ofrecen flexibilidad a la hora de entrar al inmueble par el check-in. Estaba bastante frio y no hay calefacción.

My experience was so bad with this apartment. The bad communication , misunderstanding and lack of internal alignment make our stay a nightmare. I’d never comeback again. The charged us twice for cleaning, for two diferente reservations, where we insisted several times the importance to includes cleaning in each reservation. All the communications are through WhatsApp, with a terrible misunderstanding and miss-information. .
