Mountain View Motel & Campground

We love to camp and backpack, but we planned some pretty intense hikes and knew that we would love to sleep in a real bed and shower after long days on the trail. (I guess that's how you know you're getting old.) We did in fact love sleeping and showering here. The communal kitchen and lounge area is the real gem, I think. We enjoyed chatting with other guests while making coffee and breakfast, which really made the experience. Pots and pans are available, along with a stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. Can't beat that!

Keith puts the. "Service" in Service Industry. His ability to help me out when asked and give advise was excellent. Room was clean and efficient.

Close to Sugarloaf and about an hour from Saddleback. It's a great, reasonably priced, place to stay to visit both.

Rooms are nice. Have everything you can need.
