Hollywood Gardens Inn & Suites

The photos shown on Booking were not the same as the room we were given.

Very poor quality beds, sheets, and rooms.

I like that the motel has different color sheets and blankets. Most motels have the same color old fashioned fabric. The black and the gray made the room look brighter. I loved the walk in shower bathroom was clean room was clean. The room had a fridge & microwave which was convenient. The motel was in perfect reach to gas stations food and the dolphins stadium.

I didn’t like that I didn’t get any wash cloths I had to go to the office. They don’t do room service so I had to go back to the office to change out my towels and wash cloths. The corner of the shower had mold in it the shower floors was very very slippery. The walls were dirty, base board dirty,

How much sound?

It's much older motel and when you go into the room you can see the past and the way it was intended when it was originally built and they're working on it. It has new bathroom facilities and new floors. New new bed frames. I talked to the owner and he said they're doing a little bit everyday all the time to fix it up and I can see its potential. It's worn. Everything needs new paint. Not everything is plum but it's not a bad place. We were fine with our stay. Everything was very, very clean and that is the most important thing to me.

Walls are paper thin and I couldn’t rest due to noise.

The receptionist says she did not receive my reservation. I had to call Expedia who calls the hotel. Then it takes another hour to check me in. The good thing is it has a big refrigerator and easy parking. The bad thing is the shower is very small and water runs all over the bathroom when we take shower. They did not give us the TV remote control so we could not adjust the volume. When we come to the office, no one was there and nobody answered when we called,.

Worst left in like 20 mins after check in

The hotel manager and front desk reservations coordinator, Lee, did an excellent job for me and my girlfriend for our stay. Lee answered all of my questions on a daily basis and was consistant with overall great customer service and communication. Lee was extremely helpful and dependable.

After check in First the room was extra hot couldn’t get it to cool then you can’t shower cause it was over flowing . We went to switch room an it was better air but the bathroom shower was barley give any water so we had to leave the night, it was too much and people keeping loud noise around . I would not recommend it to anyone with the experience I had have we had book it for 2 days we left in one
