"Enjoyed our stay although my feeling it was expensive considering no breakfast incl."

Room was very clean and cool when we arrived and didn't find it noisy as noted it might be since located on a busy throughfare.

We had problems exiting the room upon departure at 8am, Room was locked from the inside and we were forced to use the balcony exit. I'm not sure why we had the problem as we tried to unlock the door and were unsuccessful.

Bed was super comfy! Location was great as was the balcony. Room was very clean

We could not get into our room. It took 3 phone calls to get somebody to return a call to activate the code for us to enter. We called and asked for an iron and ironing board. We were told if there was a restaurant staff that wasn’t too busy they would have one brought up. We NEVER got either. So, we cancelled our dinner reservations. We did not want to show up In wrinkled or traveling clothes. Not a big deal! However the coffee pot wouldn’t work after several attempts. The windows were screwed shut so there was no fresh air to be had. The shower head was calcified over and water flow was poor. Would we stay again? Possibly. The issues we experienced were minimal if we had not been paying a premium price.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Loved the giant wrap around deck at the heart of sisters and across the street from Sister's Bakery (which is delicious) and last but not least, that bathroom and shower were fantastic. Thank you guys so much!

It is centrally located, designed thoughtfully with all the amenities you could need, very clean, and the staff is great. It is within steps of great restaurants (Ski Inn Taphouse Hotel included) and stores, and a short drive to other destinations (Bend, Redmond). Definitely recommend - and will stay again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience!
