I had a wonderful stay at Park View for one night for business. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, with great amenities. The communal kitchen was an amazing addition to the property and has everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. The location is brilliant with just a short 10min walk from Paignton station. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, and the hosts were extremely informative beforehand. I will definitely be back whenever I stay in Paignton again!

Comfortable bed in a light, spacious room. Modern bathroom. Making your own complimentary breakfast when you wanted using the communal kitchen was great. Managed to get parked at the property or just outside most of the time. However there is paid daytime parking within a few steps. Stayed in Paignton many times and Park View R&R is definitely the best all rounder. We will be back!

Kitchen was nice with the breakfast offered. Room nice and clean,comfy bed.

Had to leave window next to bathroom open a little for fresh air. Was rattling all night due to the breeze.

The concept of none landlord is brilliant. We loved not having to be sociable in the morning as we're lazy. Facilities were amazing.

Was a little noisy outside of an evening.
