an extraordinary place. Minimal, Scandi, well designed, quiet.

We were in town for our niece's wedding at the Hotel St. Vincent across the street & this was the PERFECT place to house our adult kids. It's run very well. Clean. Comfortable. While rates at the St. Vincent were in the $600 range, Travelers clocked in at about $165!! All private baths. No traditional lobby, front desk or concierge per se but it didn't matter. The people in charge (artists who evidently live on the top floor - by the way a great business model!) made sure to get us all the info we needed to let ourselves in & were available by phone if need be. Go next door to Mojo's for incredible coffee/pastries & stroll down Magazine Street to go to any number of great restaurants & bars. The photos posted here don't do it justice but if you go to their website you'll see better ones.

The area was very quiet, and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby has a homey feeling to it. We felt very safe while staying.

Easy check in process! Johnny the manager was so great and helpful! Provided resources for us around the area! Perfect location on Magazine street! The artist’s who provided their artwork were amazing! Very very affordable when it comes to NOLA and that area!!!

Kitchen could be better suppiled - a couple tea bags would have been great.

This place was perfect for one night. Check in was easy, room was clean. It had the bare necessities: a bed, night stands, a desk, water with two glasses, two luggage stands and a bathroom. Which is all we really needed for a late arrival and a one night stay. There’s a communal area with a kitchen where you can use all the amenities there. There was even food items available for a continental breakfast for the next morning. There was also couches and soft music playing in the communal area. It was nice and clean. As stated in the listing you have to find your own parking space, I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find one since we arrived around 6 pm but we did, it wasn’t too bad. If you don’t mind walking 15 min or so there are restaurants options around. There’s also a coffee shop right next door, perfect for the morning if you like specialty coffee. Overall we had a very nice experience.

I liked how easy check in was. I would definitely stay here again.
