O atendimento dos funcionários

Localização, não fica no centro como está no anúncio. Café nenhuma opção, todos os dias a mesma coisa. Banheiro com a tampa quebrada, o chuveiro pingava a noite toda. Tampa do lixo do wc tbm quebrada.

O hotel era razoável considerando o preço baixo.

Fiz 6 reclamações sobre o Wi-Fi no quarto não estar funcionando. Nenhum membro da equipe se apresentou para ajudar. Então, passei 4 dias lá sem Wi-Fi no quarto.

Gostamos muito da localização, do atendimento, do café da manhã!!!

O apartamento estava com cheiro de mofo e o colchão muito ruim. Obs. Só tinha uma toalha de banho!!!
