No complaints.

Police there to remove people.looks like people live there full time .wrecker truck there removing vehicle. While ladies trying to stop them..holes in sheets..bad water stains in tub,,water streaks on mirrors. Toilet.and tub.

It was centrally located within all my activities.

It was gloomy, hallway smelled of marijuana, but was told one guest cooked in her room.The room didn’t look/feel clean. Spit balls stuck to the wall and back of door inside room. Had to ask for maid service.

People were nice and well intentioned.

More of a residential property than a normal hotel. A lot of clutter left in main areas, not giving good first impression. Intentions of staff were good, and we were given an upgraded room. But, TV did not work and there was no mattress pad on bed, so bottom sheet was directly on the mattress. Resident above our room was walking/bounding around all night, affecting our sleep. Room clean, but worn. Lighting was poor. There were holes in the curtains. We didn’t feel totally comfortable staying there.

The entire hotel smelled like smoke, the rooms were not clean, lamps attached to the wall were missing, rooms didn't have lights available in the main area of the room, bathroom walls had unidentified substances on them, bedding was dirty, carpet and sinks were stained, etc. I would never stay here again.

New owner was very nice.
