Staff was nice and friendly.The room was nice,clean,&comfortable.

Everything was great!!

I spilled ice tea and used a towel to wipe it up snd the floor was filthy. They had trouble with machine to check us in. We had trouble getting on wifi. When I showed photos of the towels they just said I wouldn't be charged for the black stains on the towels from the dirty floor.

Room was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the body closet. i liked the pegs by the door instead of a cliset.

There was a bunch of road noise in the evening but the rest was quiet. The noise from connecting room sounded like we were sharing until I shoved a towel under the door.

The hotel itself is nice. If you have stayed at a Tru before, then you are familiar with the types of room and what to expect. But from my experience at this location, there are two things to note. If you come in after 9 pm, be sure to call ahead. I got there at 9:00 pm on a Friday night and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. I finally used the house phone to dial the front desk (TWICE) to get the staff member to help check us in. When we checked out, we got our bill. HOWEVER, a day later, there was an additional charge for $179. The corporate office tried to tell me that it was the balance since I was originally charged for one night, which was simply not true! Beware! I have filed a complaint with the hotel, but Hilton is sketch in its accounting, so make sure that you are not charged with additional fees that you should not be!!
