Loud door closures unable to rest throughout the night. Room appeared clean with exception of the shower. Bed was comfortable. Good lighting in room and bathroom. Breakfast with the usual fare. Free parking. Seemed to be a safe area. First room assigned had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. We were moved to another room and told points would be added to our account. That didn't happen. Refrigerator did not get cold. Ice machine not working on our floor. Luckily, the first floor one was working.

The breakfast was okay... not great. The noise between rooms was poor and I had noisy neighbors which made it worse.

Sound separation between rooms... realistically, that needed to happen at construction!
