I loved the fact that they were pet friendly. As such, I was worried about carpets in the room. No carpets in the rooms!!!!! Outstanding cleanliness. Very nice facility!!

Interesting breakfast. Not a deal breaker by any means.

Paper thin walls. Front desk was not responsive to customers arriving.

The breakfast was good and the front lobby was excellent. They a nice lounge area and a friendly staff plus good coffee.

We had a 2-night stay here while in Tupelo. There was plenty of parking available each day. The front desk staff we interacted with were very friendly. We did have a significant issue when we got our room as the toilet in it would not flush. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, they immediately got us another room, which I thought was handled very well. The room itself is pretty small for an American hotel, but that's to be expected in Hilton's budget chain. We also liked the nightlight that was placed in the bathroom. One negative we found in the room was that there were hairs from previous guests still in the shower stall, so housekeeping should clean better. In addition, the shower stall flooring was very slippery, which could be dangerous. Another negative of the room was that the walls were very thin. You could hear everything going on in the hallway, including footsteps. When the elevator arrived, it gave off a very loud chime that could also be heard within the room. As for the breakfast, I'd consider it average. Overall, I'd qualify this as an average stay...not bad, but not great either.

I loved the bathroom and the body wash smelled amazing.
