Embassy Suites By Hilton Atlanta Airport North

We had two nights here as part of a very long road trip of the US. I booked Embassy Suites as we'd stayed here for 1 night last year on our way home from another trip and enjoyed it. First thing we noticed was reception staff were very professional and engaging and even though they couldn't offer us a room away from the elevators, the 2 queen bed suite we got was perfect. We slept so well and couldn't hear a thing either from adjacent rooms or from the hallway- so no need to worry. The 5pm drinks and snacks is great and breakfast is far better than other like for like establishments- for a start there are real plates and cutlery rather than tonnes of throw away plastic. Food was varied, well presented and plentiful- a great way to start the day. All staff we met were great - we needed to perform a minor repair on my husband's wheelchair before leaving and the staff couldn't have been more helpful- all in all a fantastic stay.

Decent spacious room. Very clean. Staff was quite inviting. Easy shuttle to the airport.

When we put the address into Google Maps, the pin code location (in the Maps) was incorrect. So we drove to some random parking lot. They need to change this.

The modern look to the lobby and the rooms! Everyone with kind and helpful. We had to switch rooms due to issues with our shower, and it was handled in an efficient manner.

We had an issue with our shower in our first room. The second room we got moved to had a door that was difficult to close.
