We were giving a disability room didn't request it receptions refused to change or modify our reservation would not even let us cancel so we left went somewhere else and stayed
This hotel is a very nice moderately priced hotel, convenient to our conference location with a friendly and professional staff, breakfast included, free wifi and close up free parking.
Property personnel was nice and professional. Unfortunately, the first room we were in the 4th floor was filthy and smells very bad. We were moved down to the 3rd floor right away as soon we raise the complain. The room was a lot better, but the bed was not very comfortable. Thank you for the

Nice place to stay, big rooms and clean
Other than desk clerk working on paperwork and being slow to the counter, it was excellent. Got in the room and there were pink stains in the carpet but it was very clean otherwise.
USOnly one Ice Maker for the hotel and it is out of order. You come to Texas and Oklahoma in August heat and cannot get ice!
