Great amount if floor space and comfy couch.

Bed was quite small and duvet seemed to be polyester.

Great location, lovely apartment, very clean, very comfortable. Appreciated the little sachets of coffee and milk, thank you.

The instructions for accessing the property were very poor. I was stuck out on the street for 30 mins while they checked my ID. Why wasn’t this pursued in advance? Even once my identity was confirmed it was very confusing what you were to do with all the locks and codes. The woman I spoke to on the phone was not a great help. You would not have thought I had actually paid a lot of money to stay there 😩

Tres bien situé! Les hôtes étaient attentifs aux commentaires. L’appartement était très confortable!

Il y a eu un soucis avec le mécanisme de la porte d’entré pendant le séjour mais qui a été rapidement résolu. La cuisine est petite pour préparer de la nourriture.

Location excellent. We were in Apartment 9 - furnished as pictured, functional iron and washing machine provided. Pleasant heated bathroom floor.

We were in Apartment 9. Advertised as all rooms smoke free. Smelled of smoke immediately on arrival (we do not smoke, specifically only select properties listed as smoke free. Immediately informed host on messages via Booking.com. Were told no staff had noted this. Were told it must be from outside. Demonstrably untrue. Continued to smell of snoke on each return to the apartment after leaving it for hours with windows closed (so was not from outside). After much back and forth, and weekend delays because "management not available at weekend",, were given a15% discount (refund) at end of stay. Other issues (1) Blinds completely inadequate - rooms very light overnight (2) Noise from street easily heard (we were disturbed at 3am on a Tuesday morning by loud singing) (3) Hot water supply quickly used up then requires 30mins to reheat. We did not manage two consecutive showers without both rushing. Whilst it does say this in the supplied instructions, you do not see those until you have booked. It's a great location and decently furnished but these other issues mean we cannot recommend it.
