The location is great, the apartment mostly quiet, the kitchen was great, the bathroom totally fine. There was good light coming from the big windows.

No air conditioning! And the apartment smelled awful and was sweltering when I checked in. After some investigation I found the moldy, terrible smell was coming from the washing machine in the closet. After some airing out, it improved, but still smelled bad the entire visit. The heaters were on when I arrived (despite it being a warm summer day), and were very difficult to turn off. The customer service people didn't seem to think the smell or heat was a problem, and refused to send someone till the next day, and refused to offer a refund of any kind. I will certainly not stay here again, and don't recommend the place, just because if you DO have a problem at all, no one will come to assist you. You're on your own. For the nightly price, this just seems very problematic. The design and location are great, the service more akin to a hostel-level stay. Though I have stayed at hostels that had really wonderful customer service.

Elegantly appointed light filled with access to fresh air plus wonderful sound insulation.

A block out curtain in the bedroom would be nice, but I do understand it may spoil the elegant uncluttered aesthetic. Eye masks were supplied which was very considerate.

I had the freedom to make my own food and it was more relaxing than a hotel

Sadly there was no where to store luggage after I checked out
