Чисто, наявність паркінгу, зручне заселення/виселення

1. Відсутність чіткої інформації та вартості про розміщення домашнього улюбленця під час бронювання 2. Не сподобалось запах паління та наявність попельнички на балконі, що підтверджує що апартаменти для курців … Ми не палимо і запах відчували сильно - це зіпсувало враження

Була ситуація коли переплутали замовлену їжу на сніданок, але швидко виправили ситуацію: привезли правильне замовлення. Також коли виїздив забувся дещо, оперативно відправили новою поштою. Рівень сервісу дійсно на висоті — уважні, відповідальні та клієнтоорієнтовані. Однозначно рекомендую!
