"Exceptional!"

Resort La Battiga Beach and Spa was fabulous. The staff, the room with a sea view, and the pool were exceptional. The breakfast included everything you could possibly want to eat. We had a lovely day at the beach hotel too. We have to mention the shuttle driver who dropped us off at the bus station in Castellemare. He realised the bus wasn’t stopping there due to a festival and came back for us and drove us to the next stop to catch the bus. He was brilliant. This part of our Sicily holiday exceeded all our expectations.

The size of the room. The restaurant is excellent. Great food. The staff are very pleasant. Hotel shuttle to the beach (no charge) and into town if requested (charge)

The location is very remote. If you do not have a car, plan on walking. It is basically a place to stay and enjoy the sun and sand.

Für uns war alles unseren Vorstellungen entsprechend: Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr saubere und ruhige Anlage, sehr saubere und grosszügige Zimmer, ohne Makel. Essen war gut. Der Shuttleservice war ebenfalls sehr gut, den wir vor allem in die Altstadt von Alcamo und zum Flughafen. benutzten. Ein Upgrade für das SPA freute uns ebenfalls.

Der Pool, Parkplatz ist groß genug, Zimmer ist sehr schön. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Die Lage ist sehr schlecht, ohne Auto ist es schwierig etwas zu besichtigen rund ums hotel ist einfach gar nichts. Es gibt keinen direktek Zugang zum Badestrand, der Strand der direkt daneben liegt ist voll gemüllt und zugewachsen. Allerdings wird ein Shuttelservice zum Badestrand angeboten. Beim Frühstück hat es nur eine sehr knappe Auswahl gegeben. Unser Zimmer „mit Balkon“ (Gartenblick) hatte keinen echten Balkon es war nur ein getrenntes „Zimmer“ mit Fenster und Stühlen. Gartenblick ist nur ein Blick auf den Parkplatz. Die elektrische Nicht Stören Meldung bleibt nur an wenn die Karte im Zimmer stecken bleibt, was ein bisschen schwierig ist wenn man nur eine Karte hat und nicht möchte dass jemand ins Zimmer geht wenn man nicht da ist.
