Caya Mesa Bista 47 Tierra del Sol

Property is in a well-maintained high-end gated community with its own restaurant, spa, several pools, and golf club. Property was quiet and private with three walls in back and plenty of outdoor furniture around your own pool. Central A/C worked well but was loud. Each bedroom had its own wall unit so we turned off central A/C overnight. Kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. There's a grill in back but check propane levels, ours was very low (they will refill on request). Entry was via push-button code so don't have to carry keys with you. There's a few basic pantry supplies to get you started for the day (coffee/filters, box of cookies, salt/pepper, paper towels) and limited but adequate bathroom supplies. Dishwasher included by no soap (which I have to believe was just an oversight). Bottom line is we would stay there again!

The Villa was nice and quiet, a little dated.

The AC on the master bedroom didn’t work well, we couldn’t use the shower on the master bedroom because when we flashed the toilet water came out from the shower. The light inside the swimming pool didn’t work, but mostly poorly managed.

The house was lovely and the management company was super responsive. I would use them again.
