"Una escalera bien larga!!!"

El mono ambiente tiene buenas instalaciones y está cerca de todo

Al llegar al mono ambiente, a la tardecita, nos encontramos que no pudimos entrar, no nos enviaron el video con las instrucciones. Estuvimos escribiendo tanto a la persona responsable como a Booking y no contestaron. Tampoco respondieron desde el cel de emergencias. Luego de 1 hora aproximadamente, y al no tener respuesta, tuvimos que irnos a un hotel y pagar esa noche de alojamiento. Cerca de 1.30 min. más tarde, se contactaron por WhatsApp y mandaron el video ( que debieron enregar antes y que aparecía removido por Booking). Al otro día pudimos entrar y nos encontramos con una sorpresa: subir 65 escalones, de los cuales los últimos son angostos. Es importa saber esto porque, tal vez, no siempre se está en condiciones de subir y bajar por día, al menos, 130 escalones. Enviamos el tkt del hotel a Booking y aun no tenemos respuesta.

Very nice and clean flat. It is on the roof, very quiet, nice view and has a balcony. Easy to get to, easy to find too. Very nice and attentive hosts.

Very clean and the location was excellent. We also thought it was well equipped. We really liked Bologna.

We thought the apartment was very cramped and difficult to move around in. Therefore we didn't think it was good value for money and was overpriced.
