The staff was very friendly and helpful. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, especially at night when the trees are lit. Fun outdoor patio area with a band!

That there was no coffee available in the room. That there was no place for even a light breakfast. I don't think this venue should be marketed as a Resort. I would say it is more like a very beautiful wedding venue.

הגן בכניסה לאתר המלון היה מואר בלילה ויצר רושם שאנחנו לפני כניסה למלון ברמה גבוהה. מהר מאוד התאכזבנו.

לא היה בל היה בוי לקחת את המזוודות. בידר אין כוסות. יש כמה כוסות פלסטיק. נאמר בקבלה שיש מתקן לקפה בחדר. אין מתקן לקפה. אין גם קומקום לחימום מים. הטענה היתה שהוציאו מכמה חדרים את מתקני הקפה. האסלה בחדר המקלחת לא נקייה. החדר פשוט מאוד וישן מאוד. זה נראה ומרגיש כמו מלון 3 כוכבים. פרסום כי מדובר במלון 5 כוכבים הוא פרום מטעה.
