Bright Loft apartment by White Church

The property appeared to be very private, serene and clean on the outside. However, the actual apartment was left in an unkempt state which rendered it unlivable based on the cost I had paid and for which I am still awaiting a refund of my funds because I had no choice but to seek alternative accommodations as contacting the property management was futile. Expedia responded several days later, apologized for the tardiness in responding and said they would meet with their board and get back to me and I have not heard anything from them to date! To rent that place in the state it was in, to a group of health professionals attending an International Healthcare conference was unacceptable, deplorable and in poor taste. No customer should be exposed to that and then ignored when requesting a refund to acquire new and decent accommodations in a foreign land!

The apartment is very spacious, nice and well placed. However to get the keys you have to go all the way opposite of where the apartment is and that is not that pleasant after a long journey (if flying etc.). Also despite the fact that the key pick up is somewhat close to the train station, I suggest you to take the tram to get there, especially if you have luggages. I found some backing paper still in the oven, some dirty pans in the cabinets, and dishes in the dishwasher, which where not put back in the cupboards by the previous renters, which was not really pleasant. All in all I had a good time, but I would suggest to do a more deep cleaning or checking, especially of the lights and remote control for the lights (where the battery was missing) and also the bottom windows should be controlled as they are hard to close (the one in the bed room was closed but not locked when I arrived and it was super hard for me to close but I managed it after all)

Iso, uusittu 2hh + kph asunto Säätytalon puistikon vieressä jugendtalon sisäpihan siivessä, lisäplussina sauna ja parveke! Varustelutaso oikein hyvä, säilytystilaa riittävästi, tilava kylppäri, rauhallinen sijainti lähitalon remontista huolimatta. Ei voi kuin suositella lämpimästi.
