"really disappointed by the service offered"

the place is beautiful but you have to bear in mind that the road is terrible to reach the hotel and there are no clear indications how to get there, you are approx. 45mn from town

if you expect the service of a 4star hotel you are going to be really disappointed, we were a group of 17 people and it was too much for them to deal with! I talked to the manager and told him what needed to be improved. really hope they will do what is needed cause the place is really worth it
