I really love how clean the hotel was and how big the room was. I couldn't believe how nice the set up was-which was perfect for my daughters suprise mommy and me sleep over. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything anyone could need and everything was very clean and intentionally placed.

The only reason they dont get a 10 from me is because I didn't appreciate having to pay to park on the property when Im a guest and paying for the room; that's greedy on the part of the hotel. This was not a downtown location or somewhere where random cars would take up spaces and park when they aren't patrons. This hotel is in Short Pump tucked away and out of the way of any potential loitering- charging guests for parking is insane.

This hotel is very basic. Traveled in for business and thought the photos were a bit misleading of the rooms. I had a king bed room and the bed itself was almost pushed along the window and ac unit. If I had another person, they wouldn't have had room to get in on their side. Pillows were very tragic and lumpy. Overall cleanliness seemed fine, not spectacular. Did not use the kitchen area, but did notice some grime on the salt and pepper shakers. Luckily, I was in and out so did not stay here long. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but it's passible.

Good property , nice staff and comfortable room.

Room size and the mini kitchen. I expected it to be bigger with a table!

I don't like the fact that we have to pay for parking . It would be something different if we parked off the property
