"Overbooked & sent us elsewhere - to a private pool house!"

They had overbooked since it was a holiday weekend and didn't let us know until we arrived. They said they'd send us to a private house and that they were very sorry. We waited about an hour and then someone took us to a beautiful house with a pool in the backyard!! We were beyond excited and were very impressed. They lose one star for overbooking & not letting us know sooner, but they fixed the situation really well. They took such good care of us even though we weren't technically guests there!

"Nice stay!"

We spent 3 nights at Casa Copal. The room was beautiful, the bed very confortable. Staff was very friendly :-) The garden and the area of the swimming pool are awesome! We slept very well and would come back there with pleasure.

"Wonderful quiet location close to everything "

Perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of Ajijic but close enough to walk to everything. My go-to hotel.
