Great design, great location, very responsive hosts, super clean and well-kept! They also provide an app to help explore the neighborhood, provide information about restaurants, cafes, shops, and experiences around.

We had few issues (wi-fi died for about a day, hot water ran out for a whole morning) but the hosts were super responsive.

Nice design and functional kitchen. Good sofa/tv set up. Staff were quick to respond by text and let us store our cases at the hotel after check-out.

Main problem is that the apartments are all very different and on Booking they show the mood board with all the different apartments and it just isn’t clear what it is you’re getting. Ours didn’t have a hammock or an open space/terrace of the kind shown on Booking. That was one of my main reasons for choosing this property. Would be very easy to change that.

Staff are fast in responding, facilities are beautiful and most importantly, they allowed us to keep our luggage safe while we waited for our flight after checkout.

I think we would feel more comfortable if our bathroom had a normal door instead of a “glass” door. Just for privacy reasons.

It was in a very walkable area and the kitchen appliances were really nice. Liked the decor of the place

It has a rain shower, so take that into consideration if you don’t want your hair to get wet.

I liked that it was in a safe area that was walking distance from everything. It had free parking where I could park my car safely

The property is exactly how it looks. Nice quiet area. The locals on the street are nice. Had no issues with my car

Amazing stay. Quiet, organized, clean and walkable

The room we stayed in had a number of trip hazards. The cement floors were very uncomfortable and there was a deep crack in the wall by the light switch as we entered. Shower was outside the sliding doors and became quite slippery as we showered. Could use a fresh coat of paint and some updating, especially on the bathroom faucet fixtures. They were hard to turn. They dig into your hands. The outside kitchenette has nice appliances and a French press. Coffee was delicious but the floor is unfinished, rough. with a decayed looking drain on the floor. Neighborhood was not the best looking but we felt pretty safe. Wasn't at all what we were expecting. Maybe better for 20 somethings' not 60 somethings'. Left after one day. They wouldn't compromise on returning any portion of our money. We paid for a week. It wasn't a cheap price either. Disappointed 😞

Great stay! Dada Jaja is a modern design oasis near the beach by busy Calle Loiza. It is short walk from necessities, restaurants and the beach. Guests should be aware that it is a residential, developing area in the city of San Juan and treat those around you with respect. The DW team was efficient and kind. We had brunch at the main propery during our stay and enjoyed it immensely. Would definitely recommend it to loved ones visiting SJ!
