The front desk spoke great English and had all the information and pictures to show exactly what to expect, where to park, how to use the house facilities etc. There was a whatsapp line which I could contact the management office for help, e.g. seek for more heaters, ask questions etc... and all in English which is much appreciated. I love that there were 2 toilets which is crucial for group travel, Netflix was a big winner, I love the separate hallway area and the heated floorboards. Kudos to the designer!

It was not easy to find the AAF office. It was unclear where to go collect keys to the apt. Booking.com confirmation email gave the wrong address for key collection. It led me to another rental apt which was occupied by another guest who was kind enough to point me to "All About Furano" head office, which in turn finally directed me to the rightful AAF office to collect keys for check in.

정말 깨끗하고 넓었고 모든 물품이 구비되어 있어요. 침대 6인까지 가능해서 여유로웠고, 수건 등등도 충분했어요. 물건이나 가전이 거의 새거라 만족스러웠어요. 위치도 좋았습니다! 다음에 가도 또 예약할 예정이예요.

차가 없다면 키를 받는곳이 너무 멀 듯 해서 추천드리지 않아요. 집앞에 주차장이 없어서 조금 아쉬웠지만 주차장소가 그리 멀지는 않습니다. 3-5분정도 거리이고 한적해요. 짐 내리는동안 집앞에 세워두는 것 정도는 충분히 가능해요!

Great,cozy and spacious apartment. Good proximity to nearby restaurants ranging from 居酒屋 to charcoal bbq. Spent too little time in the cozy living room as there were so many interesting places to visit. Advise to stay for 3 night at least.

The laundry machine was seldomly used or maintained, can't expect to clean clothings in one go.

The property is neat, clean and the kitchen is well equipped.

Nothing actually, except perhaps to have some umbrellas ready for rainy days and convenience to have a key press at the property instead of to collect/return the keys at another location.

The place is huge and spacious. Place was very clean and kept in very good condition. It's suitable if you drive. There are quite a number of eateries and convenient stores around. Location is good as it's near to many places of interests.

After 7pm, the neighbourhood is a bit too quiet.

House is big and clean. Perfect for family. Location is good which is nearby JR station. Free parking space is provided although it's 1-2 mins walk away.

General is good except the price. Some windows are not covered by curtains and it would be a concern of privacy.

The location is in the middle of town, approximately 10-12 minutes by car to the entrance of the snowy mountain. There are plenty of local restaurants, supermarket, and a chemist within walking distance or 2-4 mins by car.

It would have been perfect if the parking spot were beside the house like most others. However, given that the parking spot is only meters away (across the road in an alley), it is totally acceptable when it is not raining or snowing.
