Cayman Luxury Rentals at The Grove

Out of all the resorts this place was the most beautiful spot on the whole road. Has the best bakery and the best steakhouse literally located on the same property. Condo was very clean and has a very comfy bed and a very comfortable pull out couch. Will definitely stay at the same place if we visit again.

The property is in a nice location. It is right across from the beach with easy parking and access to the beach. Downstairs you have a grocery, cafe, bakery and a restaurant. The hosts were very nice and addressed put concerns right away. Everything was great except the uncomfortable mattress in the unit.

There is currently construction happening next door, which you can hear early in the morning. Also, unfortunately the closest beach access is a private beach area with a community who is possessive and unwelcoming. It was disappointing to learn this the hard way. The unit itself is nice. The amenities are also good. Grand Cayman is lovely. We just had better experiences on local beaches.

The one bedroom efficiency was super nice and it had all the convenience of home. What they failed to tell you that the noice around the unit was aweful . I arrived Saturday and that night there was screaming and yelling in the middle of the night. Every 6am the chickens started screaming and they are loud. There was an exercise place below the unit and at 6am you heard weights dropping and those heavy ropes hitting the floor. You didn’t need an alarm clock because it started at 6am every morning. Also there is construction going on next door and the constant hearing of bulldozers and saws started very early also. I specifically reached out to the property management to make sure there wasn’t any noise and she assured me there wasn’t. I tried reaching out to Angela the property management person several times and of course I wouldn’t hear from her or I would call again and of course she would say she never got the text or call even though it was on the same thread. Do not stay here if you are wanting some peace and quiet on your vacation. Also don’t expect any help from the management. After they give you the key they are done.

The staff were highly communicative and were on property right when we arrived. We were able to get the key quickly and were given a tour. The place was clean, bright, and had all of the things we needed to feel at home -- soaps, shampoos, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, and a full set of dishes and cookware. The process was easy and our stay was nice.

What a gem of a property. We will definitely will be back. Close to the beach shopping Luxury plus with full modern clean kitchens. Modern design with thoughtful luxury
