Nice and clean

New, luxurious hotel next to A86. Adjacent buildings and infrastructure are still under construction. Parking garage includes sufficient charging points; costs €19 per day. The hotelroom was clean, nicely decorated and quiet. However, when entering it smelled of sewerage although the room was air conditioned. Rooftop bar and restaurant look amazing and offer you a nice view on the Eiffel Tower!

Unterkunft war ok, hatten drei verschiedene Rezeptionisten die allesamt was anderes erzählt haben über die Kaution. Der eine meinte dass Reinigungsgebühr, Benutzung des Fitnessraums und die City Fee darunter fallen. Die nächste meinte dass keine weitere Kosten auf uns zukommen und der dritte und letzte nahm uns dann noch die City Fee ab. Die Kaution haben wir bisher noch nicht ansatzweise wieder gesehen! Verbrecherisch! Insgesamt haben wir also zusätzlich 130€ minus die Parkhaus Gebühren von 20€ pro Nacht!!! drauf gezahlt obwohl wir nur die City Fee bezahlen hätten müssen da wir das Zimmer tip top zurück gelassen haben, den Fitnessbereich nie gesehen haben und die City Fee zusätzlich bezahlt. Wir hätten also 60€ zurück erhalten sollen aber es kam nie was bei uns an da wir die Garage mit gebucht haben! Wucherpreise und unverschämtes Abzocken! Aufpassen beim Buchen!

The property was clean and the food at the restaurant was good. There was only the hotel restaurant to eat at with a limited menu due to vacation time. Internet access was not a problem. Bed comfort was good. Transportation was ok as the train to the city center was only a 10 minute walk.

Very nice hotel apartments! We will definitely come back again.

We loved this hotel, the decor alone is amazing, it’s like a boutique hotel, immaculately clean and lovely staff, great breakfast and a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony which is such a nice area for breakfast lunch or dinner, comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom, no need to bring plugs from home with your phone as the rooms have USB fittings beside the bed, so just bring the lead to charge the phone, you can cast your phone to the TV and gain access to Netflix and YouTube if you have small children with you,

Un très bon séjour en famille, un endroit très calme facilement accessible. Un accueil chaleureux et service rapide .. Très propre et ecoresponsable

We had 1 night stay and regretted that it was only 1 night, we wanted to stay longer. Very modern and nice hotel. We had a family room of 4 that was very spacious, good beds, clean, it just felt amazing! Will recommend this hotel to everybody. Also good location as very close to central Paris.
