We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The George Manor. Everything was immaculate and the staff were all wonderful to deal with. It was such a nice added bonus to get up to a spectacular cooked breakfast with additional fruit and muffins every morning.Highly recommended!

No TV in our "bedroom" and we couldn't see the other TV from the bedroom either.

Beautiful B&B, The staff was amazing! The only draw back were stairs only, but Michael helped with the suitcases and the bathroom was separate from the room. The food was wonderful! They did anything possible to accommodate our needs. They had a shuttle for very reasonable price to the port. We definitely recommend this place!

"Hidden Galveston Gem! "

Property is gorgeous. Service was top-notch as we were quickly checked in and escorted to our suite by Michael. Suite was huge and beautiful. Comfortable bed, extras like free snacks and drinks, robes, slippers, etc. The property is gorgeous. Excellent breakfast included. Full English tea offered on weekends, which I will definitely take part in next time. Will be returning! A hidden gem!

"Looking for a comfortable experience in Galveston, The George Manor is a terrific place to stay!"

Rosie and Michael welcomed us and made us feel comfortable from our first step on the property. From the breakfast to the ice maker in the room, everything was well thought out for the comfort of their guests. There was not one question that we asked that wasn't answered ~ mostly about the history of the house. Will definitely return when we visit Galveston again.

Seriously? Everything was fantastic!

Overwhelmingly appreciative of the entire George team - from the owner to the staff - in making a 36 hour stay into a historical and fun stay at their phenomenal property. Breakfast this morning - in celebration of my birthday - was added bonus. Thank you Valerie in welcoming us for our first but not the last time. And to the Man of the Manor - thank you for connecting dots of Galveston's long history to my family, the region, and to all things art, culture.
