The staff were exceptional. So friendly and so helpful. The dinner was delicious.

Honestly, nothing. The room was exactly what we needed and - as walkers of the Welsh Coastal Path - it is perfectly located right on the path :)

We stayed at Ty Milford Waterfront Hotel and had a disappointing experience. We booked 2 rooms 4 days in advance for our family, but on arrival the hotel gave us rooms on different floors. We requested rooms on the same floor, but the staff were unhelpful and did not try to assist us. We also booked a large family room, but were given an accessible bathroom room which we never requested. When we spoke to reception, they said the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, the lady at reception was rude and only focused on proving her point instead of understanding our concerns. Overall, we found the staff uncooperative and the service unfair.
