Niks!

Wij verbleven één nacht in Fletcher Hotel Rotterdam-Airport en vonden de prijs-kwaliteit niet in verhouding. De kamer had meerdere mankementen: de kluis werkte niet, een deel van de verlichting deed het niet en er was geen haardroger aanwezig. Ook de “inloopdouche” was niet zoals beschreven. Daarnaast kon de deur niet correct sluiten, wat met kinderen erbij echt een onveilig gevoel gaf. Wat ook opviel: er waren geen basisvoorzieningen aanwezig zoals zeep of verzorgingsproducten, wat je voor deze prijs toch wel mag verwachten. De service was eveneens teleurstellend. Het restaurant was officieel open tot 22u, maar om 20u45 werden we niet meer binnengelaten, ondanks dat we met twee kinderen waren en gewoon iets wilden eten. Alternatieven waren er nauwelijks (sportbar vol, mini market gesloten), wat erg frustrerend was na een lange dag. De locatie is handig, maar voor deze prijs mag je echt meer verwachten. Jammer, want het had een fijne ervaring kunnen zijn.

Pas de coordination entre booking et la réservation de l hôtel On a réservé une chambre triple nous avons trouvé une chambre double Pas de 3eme serviette Pas de 3eme couette Le réceptionniste nous a informé que le p’tit déjeuner est incompris or c le contraire, il a fallu que je montre la réservation Voilà
