"A getaway to Hardisty, Alberta"

Check in went smoothly, and we were happy to get an upgraded room. The location is not the best, being right on a busy Highway with big noisy Tankers driving by day and night every couple of minutes which actually made the room shake.

Friendly, welcoming staff and management Lovely to have a hot tub in room (although a bit noisy) Clean Breakfast included very relaxing and convenient no TV to have to go out to eat before finishing packing and continuing on to our destination Good value, convenient location to downtown

Know that you’re staying in a very small town, and you’re not going to find a 5 star resort here. The facility is well kept and the staff are very friendly. Was weird that the sink was outside of the bathroom, but it didn’t impose any inconvenience. Would stay here again. Would not book it through Expedia again though.

I was expecting the quality I have come to expect from a Best Western Plus. There was very little breakfast and the area around the motel felt very shabby. The room itself was clean and comfortable
