Quiet comfortable room

Refrigerator was not working, shower floor needed to be cleaned, piece of the baseboard by the refrigerator was missing, the front desk person was barely involved with us at check in aside from “I need your ID, and your credit card, here’s your room key.” No smile or eye contact- was looking out the door instead.

Not a hotel you can plan on eating breakfast at.

Breakfast was not good compared to other hotels. Scramble Eggs and sausage patty were the only choice for hot bar. Boiled eggs were not individually wrapped or left in a hard shell. There just wasn’t anything appetizing or healthy to eat.

I told the hotel clerk when we checked out that I could not think of one complaint. Everything was great! The bed was super comfortable!

The lady at check in was a very nice person. We were having to stay because we broke down. She told us we could stay an additional hour as we waited for our vehicle to be fixed.

Unfortunately we did have one bad experience. After we had checked out and left, approximately 45 minutes later my daughter realize she had left her sweater / hoodie. We we're still in the area so we called to tell them we would come back and pick it up. They then told us that it was not in the room. I know for a fact that it was. So unfortunately whoever cleaned the room had taken it. It truly saddens me that someone would do that. I had left a tip for cleaning the room. I just pray that whoever took it needed it more than my daughter.

Adequate, but not outstanding!

The eggs were dry.
