Beautiful hotel, very clean, spacious room, and friendly staff. The pools/bath/spa were also wonderful! Beach is right across the street

Location is a bit far from popular attractions

Absolutely amazing hotel with all rooms overlooking the sea. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked club pool and lounge access and ate breakfast there every day with wonderful views. It was so lovely returning to our own rooftop pool and jacuzzi and sitting with a cocktail after a day sightseeing watching the sunset. Well worth the extra cost as food was served from 5pm to 7pm and drinks were available all day until 10pm. We booked a three island snorkeling trip on GYG with “Marine House Seasir”that was the highlight of our trip, amazing experience, the sea was like an aquarium. We also visited The American Village and beach and the botanical gardens. Well also walked up to Haksaw Ridge (although we had to taxi back) 🥵. We ate out at Sam’s Anchor Inn within walking distance of hotel. Best teppanyaki ever. Would highly recommend.

Property exceptionally clean and overall ready for local travelers.

Kept getting conflicting answers as to what I could and could not do. I abide by rules they have for people with tattoos but overall felt like I was treated poorly from my POV. Some staff were EXTREMELY helpful but when they would try to help, another staff would take a look at me and then all of a sudden be too booked up to extend my check-out time even though I was willing to pay the set amount and without a look at any computer to corroborate my room would be taken by someone else the same day. Tried not to take anything personal but I felt that the property is not as welcoming to local US military who happen to have tattoos and are not aware of the unspoken norms as they are to others. All I ask is for transparency from the beginning and fair customer service regardless of perception in a hotel that aims for diversity.

Parking was available for visitors to dine at the restaurant

A gruff encounter with the restaurants host cashier. Maybe it was bad timing but he should not be at the front.

酒店本身不错，房间内部宽敞布置现代，酒店有温泉，晚上玩儿累了可以泡一下解乏，但是地理位置不是很有优势，有机场大巴经过，但是游玩的项目都没有从酒店出发的，比如要去中部海洋公园等一日游项目需要从那霸出发，因此我们基本上是通过打车到达附近单个景点，酒店服务很好，早餐偏贵。因位置原因不适宜全程都住在这里。
