This accommodation is a self catering place, which is adequate for my needs.

The toilet facilities would be better if they were in the rooms.

House was dirty and picture not like in adverts, was a big disappointed.

The cleanliness of the property, the toilet was dirty, the bed spread was not clean, there was no lounge for relaxation, the shower was too hot and the host didn't fix it and the host did not respond to query. It was not a pleasant experince.

There was nothing to like about this property.

Was left without a key to gain access, the Emergency number & WhatsApp messaging is a waste of time they will not respond. I had to wait for other tennents to let me in of an evening when I finished wrk this place is not a holiday home as stated people live in this house blasting music & very loud making it difficult to sleep. Avoid this property at all costs.

Good bed and close to the city centre

Water in the shower wouldn't get warm, toilet seat was broken, toilet didn't flush well, lock box for the keys was difficult to find. Getting help from the host via whatsapp took a long time, which was horrible because I couldn't enter the building and had to wait in the rain.

Bed was comfy but not a full size double

-room not up to standard; bed was a 3/4, room didn't reflect pictures, toilet had someone else's feces in it. general cleanliness not very good with cobwebs, damp and other people's hair from shaving. -very noisy, didn't get any sleep due to other people staying there using their phones with loud speaker at all hours and having conversations with others. The walls were paper thin. -we were booked for 3 nights, had to book elsewhere for the second and third night as it was unbearable -customer service very poor. Still awaiting a response from the property after contacting them 3/4 days ago

It had a private bathroom - the room was right in size for a single person and their luggage/clothing. Its quiet at night- i stayed for 4 nights Monday 4pm and checked out on friday 10am Maybe- i didnt experience the weekend- so someone else can give you that review. The towels x4 or x5 were given were give- Along with x3 small hand sized shampoo and conditioner. - also x4 paper disposal coffee cups along with 7 tea bags and 7-8 sachets of coffee---- a few wooden stiring sticks and 4 peel off milk and sugar sachets. For the price - you really cannot complain - above and beyond what i expected. It had a TV with basic free channels- was ok yo watch BBC news etc But Amazingley they gave a Wifi password and it was decent speed. Amazing experience- if im ever in Newcastle upon Ames/ stoke on trent Definite will check in again. Idont think i would have enjoyed the experience if it didnt have its private bathroom. I am a muslim and pray 5 times a day, so washing and then having enough floorspace to pray it was ideal. Lenghty review- because i want people to have a good experience when booking this particular location and i promote hard working companies that are trying to make a living and do the extra thinhs i didnt expect---- keep it up xxx

The wrong door code was given- could not access the building due to the keys being in a coded box. That was solved pretty quick - but make sure you have them on whatsapp for anyone booking in the future. They dont deal with things over-the-phone. The pictures are misleading it was of the Front room and i was in Room 2 which was next room from the enterence. I was thinking of the desk in the pictures when studying but nevertheless due to the 5 pillows given it was comforting to just sit in bed and do work on laptop.

The service was excellent all staff I had contact with were professional and accomodating and personable. They had enough of eveything to accomadate all the persons living and staying short term. I would definitely use these premises again. Close to all transport and shopping.

No washing line and the pots and pans need to be changed once they are showing wear and tear
