Nothing special to like. Location is fine but not super special

1/ Keys handover: after filling long form you have to collect keys in completely different place 2+ km away from apartment. Not the best idea for family travel. 2/ Not clean at all: dirty sofa, dirty cutlery, dirty table and kitchen =( 3/ No AC: there is a kind of climate display on the wall but no instructions and no idea how it works. As well nothing mentioned on website. Outside was +28 but feeling cooler than inside

Everything were good. There was clean, cozy design inside, lift,good location. Easy check out.

I can remember only one annoying thing - is very very bad, cheap and uncomfortable pillows. And price. Good price IMHO for such accommodation is 80± EURO. OH by the way, I don't like the approach for pickup the key. You should go to the center, where is a super problematic for parking fast, key holder doesnt open immediately, I call for support but nobody answer (because I arrived about 18 o clock.) Well, my opinion for a holding a keys: the box with pass locker should be near the flat, u can hang it on a wall of first floor or on the wall of bike storage for example. This problem is a reason why I think that the price should be less: Hemorrhoids with key pickuping should be discount. X

It was a cozy beautiful apartment which had everything you need for a few days trip.

Before booking you have to know that there is an extra deposit you have to leave to the property, which was not specified in Booking. It was 200 EUR in our case. Additionally, the place we had to take the key was not in the same building, but 40min away walking (or 10min by taxi).

I liked the location near the sea and the Scandinavian design. Flowers on the table.

1. Quick Communication with the host was impossible, we only received an email with check-in instructions. We didn't get any phone number, we could only write messages, which were rarely read during non-working hours and were answered with a huge delay (they read at 10:00 PM and answered at 7:00 AM). 2. Written communication was awful. Although they kindly explained to us where luggage can be left at the station for a fee, they did not mention in any word that the key collection procedure is NON-STANDARD. This is the first time I have encountered such an inconvenient decision and such a careless host. The information about picking up the key at another address should have been provided in large red letters BEFORE guests start reading check in instructions, because usually we start reading check-in info upon arrival at the address. 3. The keys to the apartments are issued at another address, which is 25-30 minutes away. We had to walk back from the apartment door to the station area we had just come from, at night, tired and hungry. 4. A deposit of EUR 200 is unexpectedly taken during registration. 5. No microwave. 6. Shower combined with toilet, wet floor, no floor towel. 7. The beds were made for two guests even though there were three guests. One pillowcase was missing.
