Que nos asignaron una habitación en los apartamentos que era mínima aunque nueva..y luego nos cambiaron a una habitación en el hotel en la 5ta planta y era una buhardilla que prácticamente teníamos que estar siempre agachado y cuidándonos de no golpearon la cabeza.. Cuando hicimos la reserva ,se veía una habitación grande toda nueva y no rialto así...

we had two apartments and one apartment lock/door was slightly broken so we had to go to reception a few nights for help and every-time they would try to leave we would have to help from the outside

Wat vonden wij het hier f a n t a s t i s c h!!🤩 Lekker dicht bij de wijk Chiado, met allemaal lekkere eettentjes op loopafstand. De mensen van het hotel waren heel erg vriendelijk en stonden dag en nacht voor ons klaar. Om nog niet te spreken van het uitzicht vanaf ons appartement🤩 Wij zaten in 4B, waarbij je uit kunt kijken over een groot deel van de stad. Elke ochtend begonnen we met een koffietje op dit balkon met geweldig uitzicht. Zo geweldig dat we ons hier verloofd hebben 🥳Het appartement zelf was ook fantastisch: ruim, brandschoon en het voelde echt als ons eigen plekje. Een werkende airco (wat geen overbodige luxe was met 28 graden) die ons verkoeling toe blies en een keuken met alle gemakken voorzien (we hebben hem nauwelijks gebruikt, omdat de rest van de eettentjes zo lekker en een stuk goedkoper dan hier in Nederland waren): grote koelkast, vriezer met drie lades, kookstel met vier pitten, een magnetron en een vaatwasser (daar zaten geen vaatwastabletten bij, maar aangezien we de dingen die we in het appartement gebruikten met de hand konden afwassen, hebben we dit ook niet bij de receptie gevraagd). Ook over de douche en het bed zijn we te spreken😍 Een fijne regendouche en een lekker bed🥰 Al met al waren we enorm blij dat we dit appartement hadden geboekt. Mocht je twijfelen of je dit appartement moet boeken (want het is wel wat aan de dure kant, wat ik snap met deze kwaliteit😉), doe het! Het is hier echt geweldig☺️ Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en kijken ernaar uit om weer terug naar Lissabon te gaan.

Niks viel ons tegen. De tussendeur kon niet op slot, de voordeur wel overigens, maar het personeel hoorde onze zorgen en stelde ons hierin gerust, dus dit is geen punt om dit appartement niet te boeken. Sommige dingen zijn wat verder reizen, omdat je in een bepaalde wijk zit, maar ook dit is geen reden om dit appartement niet te boeken. Het was hier geweldig, dus niks viel ons tegen!

Our apartment #5A was great! It has a balcony that proves a beautiful view of the old church and convent directly across the street. There is a lively rooftop terrace just under the convent which does pound out loud music in the evening, which some may not like, but we found it somewhat entertaining. It faces a pedestrian street which also has frequent musicians performing. If the music becomes too loud or annoying, the wooden shutters work well to keep the noise down. The apt is well-equipped and comfortable.

Some may find the street noise obtrusive. There are a couple of stairs and a slow elevator to get to the 4th floor

It was lovely. Very modern and clean.

A bit noisy at night

We had a nice stay at the Lift Apartments. The hotel staff upgraded us to a bigger apartment with a kitchen and living room because it was our first staying in Lisbon. The apartments are approximately a 2 minute walk from the main reception but you also have the option to text the hotel using WhatsApp and they will make sure to help you out. Breakfast can be booked in the hotel, however, we chose to eat breakfast at the local cafés in the area. The apartment was very spacious and we had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean with a rain shower. Overall, the service of the hotel was excellent.

Unfortunately, there is a big caveat that needs to be mentioned. The location of the hotel is very central, however, on the weekend there are two roof top bars in the area that are blasting music until close to 2am. Additionally, there are street musicians that will be performing close to the apartment. If you are sensitive to noise and would like to go to bed early, I can only recommend to bring earplugs or to book a hotel in another area. If you are staying during weekdays, there will be less noise during the evening hours.
