The Lift Apartments by RIDAN Hotels

Location was nice and the rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen was great. Bathrooms were clean.

a/c unit in the 2nd bedroom blows directly on you when you sleep, even on the lowest setting. You can't turn it off or it gets too hot because there is no exterior window. Felt a bit musty in that room.

Super stylish and spacious apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Both bedrooms were comfortable with tons of room for luggage. The hotel staff was super friendly and helped with our luggage as the apartment entrance is on the next street over.

Stairs not great - staff were terrible, arriving late @ 2 am as flight delayed from Barcelona, suppose 24 hour reception was told when arrived our room had been sold as we were late etc finally after a lengthy discussion we were put in room staff member on night duty was very rude , so was next staff member in morning, things got sorted but took a lengthy time would not recommend hotel
