The Lift Apartments by RIDAN Hotels

The hotel is located in the centre of Lisbon, it's very easy to walk from there to anywhere. Staying right next to the Santa Justa lift is very convenience & beautiful location. The hotel is nicely decorated.

The room is so packed with curtains, carpets, etc that it feels stuffy and it starts to be a bit smelly when you keep the windows closed. Some of the fabrics had strange stains on it, wondering if this is the suitable type of furniture for a hotel and how thoroughly it has been cleaned on a daily basis. Sent a colis to the reception (warned reception ahead of time) that was then "lost" - and luckily found a few hours later. Curtains were broken. Staff was very friendly but very inexperienced and unorganised.

Perfekt läge i centrum, fräscht o fint i lägenheten. Mycket trevlig personal. Bra frukost

Aside from the elevator being super slow and the lack of a washing machine, everything else is excellent.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment at The Lift in Lisbon was great. The staff was super helpful at check in time. It was a clean beautiful apartment. The location couldn’t have been any better.
