Chalet Antoine serviced apartments by Mirabeau

Top location, good organisation

When we arrived we could not turn some lights off as the housekeeping mode was still active

a nicely decorated 1-bedroom with wallpapered walls, a balcony, and enough space for our family of four, with the sofa converted into a bed. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Zermatt railway station, with a Denner supermarket conveniently nearby (note: it closes at 8 pm). The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the WiFi was reliable. The Green Line e-bus stop right outside made it easy to get around Zermatt, and check-in/check-out at Le Mirabeau Resort & Spa across the street was smooth and efficient.

Although there were two TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living area/kitchen), they mostly offered local-language channels and there was no Netflix or streaming service, kids were stuck watching cartoons in French/German. The apartment kitchen had no Microwave. The entrance to the apartment building was from the back, which was slightly confusing at first. At checkout, the hotel also collects the mandatory Zermatt tourist tax (CHF 4 per adult and CHF 2 per child per night).

The apartment was super cute, the decor was very chic. Very good sized rooms and the balcony was large and the views incredible. Kitchen was just large enough for quick easy meals. A true alpine village experience.

It's two floors up with no elevator.

Locations was a short walk from the train station. The apartment was super clean, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and lounge area, bathroom was very good. The balcony overlooked the local street which was busy with visitors and locals - a nice outlook.

There was a lot of building noise from 7:00 am - it did not bother us as we were early risers BUT would be annoying if you intended to sleep late. The laundry works well BUT is in the basement and serves the whole building so you may have to wait your turn!

It was cosy, clean and very close to the town. It was worth every penny.

Nous avons loué ce charmant petit studio pour 2 personnes pour une nuit (en last minute) et le rapport qualité/prix pour Zermatt était étonnant. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout confort. Je recommande.

Great place to stay while visiting Zermatt. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook most of our meals during our stay. Location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to the train station and grocery shopping
